Asante Easter:

Asante Easter is originally from Queens, New York. During his football collegiate career he spent all four years at Fitchburg State University (MA). At Fitchburg State Asante excelled as a Defensive Back from 2012-2015. Some of Asante's individual accolades include being named to Defensive 1st Team All-Conference (MASCAC), Defensive 1st Team All-Worcester Area (Divisions 1-3), and was also invited to play with Team USA in the FISU World University Championships. Asante's coaching experience started in 2016 as an Assistant Defensive Backs Coach at Fitchburg State University. Asante tenure on the Fitchburg State coaching staff ended this past summer before deciding to move on. During his time there he held the positions of Co-Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, and Defensive Backs Coach. Asante is currently the Defensive Coordinator at Saint Peter Marian High School. On the other hand Asante is a co-owner of Higher Expectations training. With that Asante brings quite a bit of experience to Higher Expectations and looks forward to passing on the intrecacies and nuances of the game to his clientele. 

Trayvon Neal is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his football collegiate career he spent all four years(2012-2015) at Fitchburg State University (MA). There he starred as a wide receiver showing great leadership serving as a game captain and making clutch catch after clutch catch. At the conclusion of his senior year, he was invited to play with Team USA at the FISU World University Championships. In 2016, Trayvon served as the Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for Fitchburg State University. In 2017, Trayvon moved on to coach at the high school level with St. Bernard's Catholic High School (MA) as the Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs Coach. Since 2017 Trayvon has been a certified speed and agility trainer and co-owner of Higher Expecations training. With Higher Expectations Trayvon continues to grow his clientele in the Central MA and Boston areas. As a trainer Trayvon's goals are to give back his knowledge and expertise of the sport back to his athletes. In addition, Trayvon has earned his MBA from Fitchburg State University in 2018.
